Who this page is for
This page explains how EziStack users and authorised clients can request deletion of data connected to third-party integrations, including Facebook Pages, Meta/Facebook Login, Pinterest publishing, and Google Business Profile integrations.
Facebook Pages and Meta data deletion
If you connected a Facebook Page through EziStack, you can request that EziStack delete or disable the Facebook/Meta integration data associated with your EziStack account and connected site/client record.
Option 1: Disconnect inside EziStack
Log in to your EziStack account, open the relevant site/client record, go to Social Publisher, and disconnect the connected Facebook Page where that option is available.
When a Facebook Page connection is disconnected, EziStack stops using the stored access token for that Page and removes or disables the connection so future Facebook publishing actions cannot be performed through that connection.
Option 2: Remove EziStack from your Facebook or Meta account
You can also remove EziStack from your Facebook account settings:
- Open Facebook.
- Go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Apps and websites or Business integrations.
- Find EziStack.
- Remove the app and request data deletion if Facebook gives you that option.
Option 3: Request deletion by email
You can request deletion of Facebook/Meta integration data by emailing:
Please include the email address used for your EziStack account and, if possible, the Facebook Page name connected to EziStack. This helps us identify the correct account, site, and connection.
Google Business Profile data deletion
If you connected a Google Business Profile through EziStack, you can disconnect the integration inside EziStack where available, revoke EziStack access from your Google Account permissions, or email us at support@ezistack.com to request deletion of related integration data.
Pinterest data deletion
If you connected a Pinterest account through EziStack, you can request that EziStack delete or disable the Pinterest integration data associated with your EziStack account and connected site/client record.
Option 1: Disconnect inside EziStack
Log in to your EziStack account, open the relevant site/client record, go to Social Publisher or Connect Social, and disconnect the connected Pinterest account where that option is available.
When a Pinterest connection is disconnected, EziStack stops using the stored access token for that Pinterest account and removes or disables the connection so future Pinterest publishing actions cannot be performed through that connection.
Option 2: Remove EziStack from your Pinterest account
You can also revoke EziStack's access from your Pinterest account settings where Pinterest provides connected app, account, or authorization controls.
Option 3: Request deletion by email
You can request deletion of Pinterest integration data by emailing:
Please include the email address used for your EziStack account and, if possible, the Pinterest account name or board name connected to EziStack. This helps us identify the correct account, site, and connection.
What we delete or disable
When we receive and verify a valid deletion request, we will delete or disable relevant third-party integration data associated with your EziStack account where reasonably possible, including stored OAuth tokens, access tokens, connected Facebook Page identifiers, Pinterest account or board identifiers, Google Business Profile identifiers, connection records, and related integration settings.
We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or accounting purposes. Where data cannot immediately be deleted from backups, it will be protected and removed according to our normal backup retention process.
What we do not do
EziStack does not sell Meta, Facebook, Pinterest, Google, or other third-party integration data. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
Processing time
We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time. In many cases, we may need to verify that the requester is authorised to act for the relevant EziStack account, site, or connected business profile before completing the request.
