Short version: Don’t misuse the service, respect others’ rights, and comply with the law. You own your sites and content; you grant us the permissions needed to run the service. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.

Using EziStack

You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country, and able to form a binding contract.
Keep your account secure; you’re responsible for activity under it.
Don’t use EziStack for spam, malware, phishing, hate, harassment, illegal content, or infringing others’ rights.

Your content & ownership

You own your content and sites. You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, cache, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service.

AI & third‑party costs

AI and image costs are paid directly to the providers you choose. EziStack does not add markups or take a cut.

Plans, billing & taxes

Payments are processed by FastSpring, our Merchant of Record. Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location; applicable VAT/GST may be added at checkout. Subscriptions auto‑renew at the end of each term unless cancelled.

Licenses & delivery

Upon payment confirmation, our system receives an IPN from FastSpring and issues licenses to the email used at checkout. Keep your email accurate and accessible.

Acceptable Use & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. We may also remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful or harmful.

Warranties & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EziStack and its suppliers will not be liable for lost profits, revenues, or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

DMCA / IP complaints

If you believe material on EziStack infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@ezistack.com with details. We respond and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
